The next several podcasts proceed with instructions for Yamashita-sensei’s One Dharma Meditation Method. We’ll pick up with the 2013 Korean retreat where we left off in a few weeks.
Yamashita-sensei introduces Compassion Meditation (慈悲瞑想、jihi-meisou, in Japanese) which in the One Dharma Method is generally practiced after Inner Body Meditation . The appearance of compassion is considered a clear sign that one has entered the “Blue Sky” of awareness.
